A Digital Sanctuary for New Mums
Mum in the Trenches

Sharing personal stories and reflective guidance to help you
feel less isolated in your postnatal journey.

From the Heart
My journey as a new mother began with a mix of wonder and overwhelming anxiety, no one saw coming. In this beautiful but traumatic time I didn't know I wasn't alone in the silence. Mum in the Trenches was born from that very isolation, a digital sanctuary where stories of struggle and triumph are shared with raw honesty.
My mission is simple, to provide the heart and the guidance needed to navigate postnatal mental health. I believe that every mother deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported in her unique path. By sharing my personal stories, I aim to reduce the isolation that often follows the first days, weeks or even months of motherhood, and speak on the topics unspoken.
If you have landed here, reading this right now, I hope this is just the beginning of you feeling less alone.
